The registration fee for attending the Beijing Conference is US$500.
The registration fee covers: Admission to all sessions, CD-ROM copy of the conference proceedings, two continental breakfasts, two luncheons, refreshment breaks, cocktail reception, Gala dinner and entertainment, personal folder.
Fee should be paid in full prior to October 30, 2002.
Late registration fee (on Oct 30) is US$ 550.

• Mark on the form your preferred method of payment.
• Complete the "Hotel Registration Form" and send it directly to the hotel Fax: (86 10) 6590 5504.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following charges:

• A full refund in case of cancellation more then 20 days prior to the event.
• A 50% refund 10-20 days prior to the event.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received 10 days or less prior to the event.
