The Lahav Division is committed to meeting all the Environmental Laws and Regulations relevant to the specific work we deal with.
The Lahav Division is working towards the reduction of the use of dangerous materials. This is being achieved by replacing them, to the maximum extent possible, with materials that are user- and environment- friendly.
The Lahav Division is reviewing and implementing the appropriate technologies to reduce its pollutant output into the water resources, air and ground, as well as reducing waste during its production and maintenance activities.
The Lahav Division Environmental Management Program includes training plans, for raising the environmental awareness of all employees and guiding them to work in an "environment conscious" manner. A documented system for protecting and monitoring the local environment against atmospheric, ground and water pollution is also included. The Lahav Division has defined instructions for identifying emergency situations that could have a detrimental environmental effect and the appropriate responses to these situations.
The Lahav Division will apply its knowledge and experience to improve the surrounding quality of environment and quality of life.
