Moshe Lippel – Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Brigadier-General (Ret.) Moshe Lippel was appointed Vice President & Chief Financial Officer in 2007. In this role, Mr. Lippel is responsible for managing the company's financials and is a member of the board.

In his former position, Mr. Lippel served as the IDF Chief of Staff's Financial Advisor and Head of the DOD's Budgeting Branch. His responsibilities included the on-going planning, managing and controlling of the defense budget and its entire budget resources to the extent of approximately 10 billion dollars annually.

In this capacity, Mr. Lippel managed the Shekel Budget as well as the American Defense Aid Budget to Israel, represented the DOD in front of high level Government officials in the Knesset and the American Government, managed directly a staff of eight senior economists and professionally supervised IDF and DOD economists.

Moshe Lippel, born in 1964, holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration and a MBA Finance, both from Bar Ilan University.

Mr. Moshe Lippel is married and has three children.
