B767-300BDSF - The Most Economic, Dependable Freighter For Most Routes
The B767-300BDSF (Bedek Special Freighter) is the answer to the requirements for a freighter to fulfill a variety of roles – from small package carrier, through heavy freight, proving its advantage in economics and versatility on various routes around the globe.
Economy in operation, inherent in the B767-300, is reflected in the converted B767-300BDSF.
Quality:
- Reliable, robust and enduring system
- Interchangeability and repeatability of the new conversion parts due to the use of a pre-fabricated and pre-assembled kit of parts and wiring, which also minimizes conversion down time.
Confidence
The Customer Support of a globally recognized corporation with design and production capabilities and the responsibility of an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), as well as the responsiveness and value typical of Bedek. In the 767-300BDSF Conversion Program Mitsui of Japan and IAI/Bedek joined forces to establish M&B Conversions Ltd., a Joint Venture under which each party contributes in the field of its expertise to the success of this program. This is a partnership on which you can count.
IAI/Bedek holds STCs for the B767-200BDSF Conversion Program from the CAAI, FAA and EASA. Dozens of B767-200BDSF aircraft were delivered and operate at extremely high utilization rates with great success, despite their age of twenty (and more). The B767-300BDSF conversion, with the same concept and similar design, follows in the footsteps of the successful 767-200 conversion.
Choice of 9G Rigid Barrier or Net
For B767-300ER the Rigid Barrier configuration carries 24 ULDs (as close as possible to the B767-300F original freighter), while for B767-300 the 9G Net configuration allows carriage of 23 ULDs on the main deck (optimizing the payload volume/weight ratio) - your choice depends on the type of available aircraft and on the desired profile of operation.
On all its Pax to Freighter conversions (the B747, B737 and B767 families of aircraft) Bedek constantly got it right the first time, with proven performance of more than 2 million flight hours with no ADs.
Please don't take our word for it – the operators of well over 100 Bedek converted aircraft (737, 767 and 747 combined) will be happy to share their experience.
