Mr. Yehoshua Eldar was born in 1953. He joined IAI in 1978 and served in a number of senior positions in sales, contract management and finance at IAI's Systems, Missiles & Space Group.
In 2002 he was appointed the Group's Director of Finance, in which capacity he was responsible for all financial activities on behalf of the Systems, Missiles and Space Group and its subsidiaries, including contracting, business planning, and dealing with funding issues with investors and capital markets.
Mr. Eldar holds a BA degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University and an MSM degree from the joint program of Ben Gurion University in Beer-Sheba and the Boston University in the United States. He also holds an Executive Management Diploma from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
