The Quality Assurance system of IAI/MALAT meets the requirements of AS 9100 standard. It was approved by The Standards Institution of Israel (SII) and received its Platinum Mark. In addition, it was approved by the U.S. Government, European military clients as well as by the Israeli Ministry of Defence (M.O.D) and the Israeli Air Force.
The Quality Assurance system policy reflects the Company commitment, attitude and philosophy toward product Quality Assurance and is incorporated into the Quality Assurance Plan of each project.
This policy is promulgated throughout the IAI/MALAT Division and it applies to all organizations, functions and activities within the IAI/MALAT Division.
This policy statement affirms IAI/MALAT's conviction that the quality of its products and services is of paramount importance in the conduct of IAI/MALAT business, and that the responsibility for the quality of these products and services rests with every individual in the IAI/MALAT Organization.
It is the responsibility of the IAI/MALAT General Manager throughout his directors to ensure that this policy is understood and implemented at all levels of the organization.
The quality objectives of IAI/MALAT's Quality System are:
- To provide the customer with products that meets customer requirements and needs as well as regulatory requirements
- To enhance customer satisfaction through effective application of IAI/MALAT Quality System
To implement a process of continual improvements for the benefit of IAI/MALAT and its customers
