Abstract:

EL/K-7036 is a family of ground based COMINT/Direction Finding (DF) systems to intercept, classify and identify, locate, and monitor V/UHF radio emissions within a dense communication environment, and build a real-time intelligence picture for field echelons and headquarters.

Main Objectives:

  • Intercept, classify and identify, locate, and monitor V/UHF radio emissions
  • Cope with dense communication environments
  • Deal with wide frequency ranges, characterized by frequent changes in network parameters.
  • Handle short transmissions, fixed and frequency hopping networks
  • Electronic Order of Battle (EOB) generation
  • Report generation for field echelon and headquarters

Main Advantages:

  • Multi-channel wideband V/UHF radio interception and location finding
  • GPS-synchronized multi-system option for emitter location calculation
  • Smart screening algorithms for high system efficiency and low operator workload
  • Real time EOB generation
  • Multi-tasking operation at different frequency bands and bandwidths
  • High Probability Of Interception
  • Low box count, modular open architecture, with growth potential
  • User friendly operation based on GUI and geographic map display
  • High reliability and low MTTR, easy to maintain
  • Available in ground airborne and maritime configurations
