Abstract:
The EL/K-7029 is a compact, cost-effective VHF/UHF, interferometer-based accurate Direction Finder (DF), designed to support airport/harbor Traffic Control and navigation. Multiple GPS-synchronized systems provide accurate emitter location.
Main Objectives:
Provide efficient cost-effective navigation aid for air and vessel traffic control
Support instantaneous accurate bearing and location of multiple radio sources.
Provide High Probability Of Interception
Interoperability with other traffic control systems - Audio recording, Radar Systems, etc.
Compact, self-contained system that may be deployed in remote, isolated airports
