The Code of Ethics applies to IAI, ELTA Systems and IAI’s other controlled-subsidiaries.
The Code governs the activities of our board of directors, our management and our employees at all levels, as well as third parties acting on our behalf.
The Code is at all times an integral and uncompromising part of the company’s activities, internally and externally, in Israel and abroad.
The Code of Ethics is composed of a number of chapters relating to the different elements of the company’s activities:
