Conversions & Upgrades Division
The Conversions & Upgrades Division is a cornerstone of IAI’s Aviation Group, responsible for transforming commercial and military aircraft into modern, mission-ready assets. With more than 45 years of experience and hundreds of successful conversions and modifications, the division leads the global market in passenger-to-freighter (P2F) conversions, structural upgrades, and aircraft modernization programs.
Its solutions blend engineering precision, production capability, and full lifecycle support — all under one roof.
BEDEK MRO Division
The BEDEK MRO Division of IAI Aviation Group is one of the world’s most experienced and versatile maintenance, repair, and overhaul organizations, serving airlines, lessors, cargo operators, and governments for more than seven decades. Located at Ben Gurion International Airport, BEDEK provides a full spectrum of integrated MRO services under one roof — covering airframe, engine, landing gear, component, and structural maintenance for Boeing and Airbus aircraft.
The BEDEK MRO Division offers Lease, Exchange and Engines and Components sales services.
BEDEK’s facilities operate multiple widebody and narrowbody maintenance lines, each capable of handling heavy checks, structural repairs, cabin modifications, and end-of-lease transitions. Dedicated hangars are equipped for parallel operations on Boeing 7 Airbus platforms, allowing flexible slot management and minimized downtime.
LAHAV Aerostructures Division
Delivering complex composite and metallic structures, system assemblies and advanced integration – from landing gear to cabin systems to full-platform integration.
Engineering & Development Center
An excellence center for Aerospace Engineering & Development, with full capabilities to design and develop any new air-vehicle: from initial concept definition to prototype testing and certification; from fast prototype to full-scale development.
