During the war that erupted on October 7th 2023 The Israeli Air Force (IAF) had to carry out several long-range missions in Yemen and Iran and did so successfully. These attacks were carried out with the close support of the Desert Giants squadron’s RAM refueling jets, developed by IAI. Some of these jets are in service in the IAF for five decades.
