Line Maintenance Services include BEDEK Technik’s strong reputation as the leading line maintenance provider at Ben-Gurion International Airport, supported by a dedicated and highly experienced workforce capable of providing troubleshooting and engineering support 24/7. BEDEK Technik is fully aware of the significant damage to airline operations when limiting defects are left without immediate care and is dedicated to minimize the grounding time as short as possible.
Engineering & Technical Support includes real-time technical assistance, analysis and review of new Airworthiness Directives, design of repairs for structural or other damages beyond the scope of existing maintenance and repair manuals, and investigations and engineering analysis of damages with recommended Corrective Action.
Capabilities include NDT Shop with EN4179/NAS410 certified inspectors using Ultrasonic, Eddy Current, Magnetic Particles, Fluorescent Penetrant, Infrared Thermography and X-Rays; Borescope Inspection with full DVD recording for engines V2500, CF6-50, CF6-80, CFM-56, GE-90, RB211, Trent 700 & 800, PW4000; Interior & Completion services covering major interior components; Advanced Composite Material Repairs including controlled contamination areas, autoclave processes and fabrication of composite parts; 737NG Pickle Fork inspection and replacement under IASA, FAA, CAAC and over 40 authorities; Machine Shop services including machining, tooling, platform fabrication, repairs and special processes; Sheet Metal Shop for structural component fabrication and repairs; Stripping and Painting of aircraft interiors and exteriors; and Flight Operation Services for test, delivery, ferry and demonstration flights with full logistic support.
