Formal Clarification
Following misleading information published recently in the media, IAI wishes to clarify that it has no business relations with a NAV Technology, a Chinese company.
There is no contact whatsoever between IAI and any of its affiliated companies, Groups and Divisions, including Elta, and NAV Technology Company.
Consequently IAI ELTA AESA radar technology was never provided, proposed or presented to China.
NAV appears to have copied the contents of an IAI brochure without IAI’s knowledge or authorization. This is an infringement of our proprietary rights and has the potential to severely damage our reputation and business relationships. IAI is considering legal action.
