Maj. Gen. (res.) Muni Katz nominated as Executive VP of Strategy and Israel Affairs. Col. (res.) Amir Geva nominated Executive VP of North America Affairs
Following 10 consecutive quarters of record profits and business transformation, Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) is expanding its business capabilities vis-à-vis the Israeli and American defence establishments. IAI will establish dedicated departments that will cater to these markets, adding to its C-suite Maj. -Gen. (res.) Muni Katz in the role of Executive VP of Strategy and Israel Affairs, and Col. (res.) Amir Geva in the role of Executive VP of North American Affairs.
Muni Katz Maj. Gen. (res.) Katz will lead IAI in strategizing its activity vis-à-vis Israel’s defence establishment. The company sees a tight linkage between its strategy and the Israeli defence establishment’s multi-year plan. Katz joins IAI after serving in the IDF for many years in a range of operational roles. He was also involved in forming the IDF’s force build-up plan, and in his last role served as Commander of the Depth Command.
Amir Geva Col. (res.) Geva will lead the company’s activity in North America. Geva will promote marketing activity and cooperation with local vendors and will be involved in actualizing the aid agreement between the US and Israel. Geva joins IAI after years of service in the IDF and the Ministry of defence, where he served in operational as well as technology roles. In his last role, Geva served as Research and Development attaché in Washington DC.
