The network will be operated by the national CERT program in the Prime Minister’s Office
Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) was recently awarded a contract by the Israel National Cyber Bureau in the Prime Minister’s Office, to establish an innovative platform using secure and advanced protocols, for the real-time sharing of operational information (Actionable Information) between organizations with regard to cyber incidents.
The platform, the first of its kind in Israel, will form a network between professionals in different organizations and the national CERT (Cyber Event Readiness Team) on the basis of sharing information and intelligence in the field of cyber-protection.
Nation-wide information sharing among civilian organizations is a key component in dealing with cyber events and building Israel’s cyber space resilience.
CERT-IL is Israel’s national focal point for confronting cyber threats. It was established in the Prime Minister’s Office to assist and strengthen the economy at large in the area of cyber protection.
