OVERVIEW
RES-Q-CELL (ELI-8950) is a unique cellular geo-location system designed for search and rescue teams to quickly and efficiently locate survivors of natural disasters, terrorist incidents, and combat zones. Operating independently of local cellular networks, the system provides high-accuracy 3D geo-location of survivors’ cellular phones in both heavily damaged urban areas and open terrains affected by hurricanes or floods.
