CellDart is a modular, rugged, compact, and lightweight system that can be tailored to mission requirements. It can be installed on lightweight aircraft or small UAVs, while a high-powered version can be deployed on vehicles and tower installations to provide wider coverage. CellDart’s operator workstation displays targets’ location and cellular information on an intuitive map interface.

CellDart (ELK-7077) is an active and passive cellular interception and accurate geolocation system supporting 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G networks. It is a proven solution, based on unique, patented technology, and in operation with customers worldwide. The system is suitable for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) activities, border and maritime protection, Homeland Security (HLS), and law enforcement.

CellDart comprises an IMSI catcher and a passive cellular geolocation sensor. The IMSI catcher emulates 2G/3G/4G/5G signals and captures targeted cellular devices in the Area of Interest (AoI), enabling effective and discrete interception capabilities.
Targets are triggered and geolocated without disturbing the operation of commercial networks. The geolocation sensor’s unique Direction Finding (DF) antenna design and advanced algorithms enable the system to accurately locate targeted cellular users, even at long range, within an accuracy of several meters. The system can also passively monitor 2G voice calls and SMS.
In its active mode, CellDart performs advanced manipulations on target mobile phones, including silent call – i.e. denial of service of blacklisted targets, downgrading target phones from 4G to 3G and/or 2G, redirecting targets to its own Base Transceiver Station (BTS), and more, enhancing operational flexibility and control.
