OVERVIEW
ELTA’s ELM-2138M Green Rock, combat proven with exceptional performance, is a multi-mission autonomous tactical radar system for Counter Rockets, Artillery & Mortar (C-RAM) and Ground Base Air defence (GBAD) radar systems, offering two configuration options—mobile installations on armored vehicles or stationary setups for border and basecamp protection.

The system comprises of two main configuration options – mobile or stationary. The mobile configuration is installed on armored fighting vehicles such as APC and HMMWV and the stationary configuration is used for border and basecamp protection.
The Green Rock detects, tracks and classifies trajectories of ballistic munitions: rockets, artillery and mortar shells, as well as slow flying airborne targets: aircraft, helicopters, UAS, gliders and hovering platforms.
Based on a Gallium Nitride (GaN) 3D Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar which detects and tracks all approaching relevant threats.
A C2 computer with an intuitive Tactical User Interface is used for calculating the precise Point of Origin (POO) and Point of Impact (POI) as well as tracking enemy aircraft.
