OVERVIEW
MicroWAMI (ELS-8995) is an advanced, lightweight Wide Area Motion Imagery (WAMI) solution that delivers tactical situational awareness to military, security, law enforcement, and emergency response agencies. Operating in both day and night time (LWIR), MicroWAMI tiles real-time images with step-and-stare to form a continually updated mosaic covering a wide geographic area at high resolution. The onboard computer (SITS) employs a highly developed anomaly detection engine together with video analytics tools, enabling the operator to monitor a large number of targets while focusing only on objects of interest.
