In addition to tear down, inspection, and assembly, our state-of-the-art facility employs advanced processes – for example, plating techniques using materials such as Sulfamate Nickel, Chrome, and Cadmium to improve the landing gear’s durability and longevity. Our thorough inspections include a range of non-destructive testing protocols Magnetic, Eddy-current, Fluorescent Penetrant, and Ultrasonic tests—to verify each component’s structural integrity and reliability.
Understanding the importance of reducing aircraft downtime for our clients, our workshop maintains an extensive inventory of exchange and loaner gears and parts, ensuring rapid returns to service.
