Concealed threats such as mines and improvised explosive devices (IEDs) present a significant danger to military operations.
MADS relies on advanced Optically Pumped Magnetometer (OPM), which detects magnetic anomalies to identify foreign ferromagnetic (metallic) objects within the area of interest – Sea, land, above & under any terrain.
Utilizing robust algorithms, the system processes collected data to quickly analyse anomalies in the magnetic fields and identify the presence of foreign objects, even amid environmental noise or other interferences.
