IAI’s highly-skilled, multi-disciplinary teams of pilots, engineers, managers and technicians successfully implement comprehensive and highly integrative programs that include, design, development, and definition of hardware and software, with integration, ground and flight testing. IAI has developed many systems to support successful mission performance of upgraded aircraft, such as avionics mission computers (OPAL, INCT,) reconfigured glass cockpit (IADS, UFCD, DMM), virtual training system, simulators, and mission planning and debriefing systems. IAI’s upgrade programs often also include overhaul and life extension programs and have upgraded numerous military aircraft including the following platforms: Western Fighter Aircraft: F-16, F-15, F-5, F-4, Mirage family; Eastern Fighter Aircraft: MiG-29, MiG-21, SU-22, SU-27; Trainer Aircraft: T-38, F-5, Hawk, A-4, L-39, PC-9.
