The LAHAV Aero-Structures Division is a center of excellence for the design, manufacture and assembly of aircraft wings. Over the past 50 years, LAHAV Aero-Structures has delivered thousands of wings for advanced aircraft platforms.

Assembly Programs
F-35 Wings
LAHAV Aero-Structures supports Lockheed Martin with the supply of the F-35 Outer Wing Box. The state-of-the-art assembly line integrates advanced automation technologies including auto drill machines and automated tools for production and inspection. In addition, LAHAV manufactures the F-35 wings composite skins using innovative Automatic Fiber Placement (AFP) technology.
F-16 Wings
LAHAV has been producing F-16 Wings over a period of 30+ years, in keeping with increased global demand for the F-16 fighter jet. The Build-to-Print program for the assembly of fully stuffed wings includes harnesses and systems installation, completed fully in house at LAHAV. Production ramp up has enabled an increased production rate, ensuring on-time delivery according to the customer’s demand.
T-38 Wings
LAHAV has been producing T-38 wings for the United States Air Force since 2011. The wing replacement program ensures that the T-38 trainer jet remains operational for years to come. Advances in tooling efficiency, innovated by LAHAV’s dedicated Tooling team, has enabled ramp of in production to meet USAF’s urgent demand for replacement wings.
Falcon 10X Wing Movable Surfaces
LAHAV was selected by Dassault Aviation to design and produce the all-composite wing movable surfaces for the new, long-range Falcon 10X business jet. LAHAV’s state-of-the-art production line incorporates robotics and automated drilling for increased quality and efficiency. LAHAV’s dedicated in-house tooling team designed and fabricated major tooling specially for the Falcon 10X wings Wing Movable Surface aerostructures, integrated in the cutting-edge automated assembly line.
