As an essential and leading technology company for over seven decades, IAI has a significant impact on issues of society, environment, corporate governance, and economy with stakeholders in Israel and around the world. In accordance with the vision of the company’s founders, we recognize our environmental and social responsibility and aspire to leave a worthy legacy for future generations. In order to ensure impactful results, we drive our sustainability initiatives through a cross-organizational approach which involves our divisions as well as our support and headquarters units.
Sustainability Management
In order to ensure that the impact of our business decisions and sustainability considerations are integrated into the company’s daily operations, IAI implements multi-year strategic sustainability programs. Our sustainability management is based on our sustainability policy, which reflects our material topics, along with broader aerospace and defense sector views, our stakeholders’ feedback, unfolding global mega-trends, and the UN’s 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.
IAI implements strategic sustainability roadmap plans – In 2025 we have implemented our annual plan derived from our 2030 multi-years sustainability plan. The plan is based on our material topics and is divided into three levels of implementation, monitoring, and control, and includes numerous targets and objectives. Sustainability Report 2025: Decisive action in the present is intended to secure the future
We are publishing the 2025 Sustainability Report – the 11th consecutive report, which attests to IAI’s deep commitment to sustainability principles. During the past year, which was filled with challenges, the company continued its extensive and groundbreaking activities, reflected in its best business results ever. Even in this complex period, when most national attention was directed to safeguarding the country’s security, the company continued to work diligently to continuously improve sustainability metrics across its various fields of activity. This report summarizes the company’s achievements in sustainability, presenting a comprehensive overview of performance and significant developments in strategy, ethics, economy and innovation, employment and community, environmental management, and responsibility throughout the supply chain.
Our achievements
The sustainability report outlines our achievements in 2025. These include, among others:
- 26,858 volunteer hours in social impact projects
- 65% of the company’s procurement originated from local suppliers.
- 0.31 – accident ratio per 100 employees

27% decrease in greenhouse gas emission (scope 1,2) intensity relative to income (tCO2e/Mil $, base year 2022)
- Total of non-hazardous waste (metric ton/EBIDTA) (mil $): A decrease of 33% compared to 2024
- Total of hazardous waste (metric ton/EBIDTA) (mil $): A decrease of 19% compared to 2024
- Women comprise 21.8% of senior management.
- CMMC cybersecurity certified
- ISO 37001 certification for anti-bribery management systems – was validated
- The Maala Index, measuring corporate responsibility for companies listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, continued to award us a “Platinum +” rating for our outstanding performance in the fields of ethics, diversity, volunteerism, environmental management and corporate governance.
- A weighted score of C in CDP Climate.
